The design has two towers which look like Apeiron’s wings. With 185 m height, the hotel will be constructed in 200,000 sq. meters. It is going to be a luxurious hotel with excellent facilities like private lagoons, spa, restaurant cinemas, underwater gym and art galleries. Estimated expenditure for this project is $400 million.

The room charges will be $15,000 for one night. This will include transportation in a private jet from Fiji airport. Estimated project cost is $105 million.
